Legal
This page is a draft placeholder, not a finished legal document. It describes how Aperisol actually handles your data today, but it hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet. A complete policy will replace this before general availability.
When you upload resumes and job descriptions, we store the parsed candidate data, your role definitions, and the results of any screening, verification, interview kit, audit, or assessment run in our database. This data is tied to your workspace.
Every candidate, role, and credential is scoped to the workspace that created it and filtered by workspace on every database query. No other workspace, including other Aperisol customers, can read or query your data through the product.
We set two strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookies Policy for details.
Screening and scoring runs through Anthropic's Claude API. Verification, when enabled on your plan, checks candidate claims against People Data Labs. We don't sell candidate data, and we don't use it to train models.
Reach out to hello@aperisol.com with any privacy questions before this policy is finalized.
