The trial
The free trial runs for 14 days and doesn't require a credit card. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page inside the app.
Acceptable use
Aperisol is built for screening job applicants you have the right to process. Don't upload candidate data you don't have permission to use, and don't use the product to make hiring decisions based on protected characteristics.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Billing inside the app, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active for the rest of the period you already paid for, and we don't refund the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law. One-time credit purchases (verification credit top-ups) are billed immediately when you buy them and are non-refundable once the credits are added to your balance. If something billed incorrectly, email hello@aperisol.com and we'll sort it out.
Verification
Verification results are evidence, not a verdict. Aperisol never issues a pass or fail on a candidate, and any hiring decision remains yours to make.
